Grand Cru
A special anniversary brew fermented entirely in oak. 50/50 French pils and pale malts with dark Belgian candy syrup. Delicately spiced with grains of paradise and star anise. Abbey yeast and proper bottle conditioning deliver a classic profile.
Billy the Mountain
A traditional English style old ale inspired by historical and extinct beers. Richly malty with enough hopping to balance. Molasses heightens the mineral complexity in the beer. Best enjoyed between 55 and 65 F.
Saison Vert
A wheat based saison made with black limes. Foeder aged with light use of brettanomyces, then bottle conditioned. Gold medal winner at the Oregon Beer Awards.
Scrap Iron
Inspired by two specific and rustic beers from Belgium, the Scrap Iron features a hop forward profile with mineral depth. Foeder aged with brettanomcyes and bottle conditioned.
